Rebecca joined the Firm in June 2006 as a Trust and Corporate Administrator. During her tenure, she completed Corporate Procedures I and II through the Bermuda Branch of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Canada and earned the CLT International Diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She has been a full member of STEP since January 2011.

Rebecca was appointed Trust and Corporate Manager and Company Secretary of the Firm in 2013 and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2019. She currently serves as a Director of the Firm.

In 2023 Rebecca was appointed as Secretary of the Bermuda Association of Licensed Trustees (BALT). She served in that role until 2025, when she was appointed as President and Chair of BALT.
